Love this quality talc.Can't always buy it locally, so I called upon Amazon, yep found it!I previously found a 'small' powder whilst on holiday £3.49 -- Amazon selling the Big size£4 fantastic.If you like a fine powder, light fragrance, go large and get this great price.

Contrary to what some reviews are suggesting, this doesn't smell bad at all. In fact, it smells exactly how I hoped it would in my quest for the powder we used to get in the army (In green tins). Not the cheapest, but I've finally found a talk that makes me feel good. And it's now my go-to product to make up the shortfall for 'free' delivery.

This is a must have especially if you have sensitive skin

I have used Cuticura powder for years but the latest batch (I order six at a time) has turned out to be different. The main ingredient has changed from "talc" to "zea mays starch". If you Google "talc", it is described as a mineral which comes out of the earth. "Zea May's starch" is "corn starch". The other ingredients are the same as before. The new powder feels much smoother on the skin and has a light fragrance which is different from the original.I used the new powder today and have not experienced any ill effects so will carry on using it. The packaging has changed from tin to plastic and the perforated swivel top is much larger with much larger holes and the powder gushes out of it. Consequently you need to slightly close the holes to control the flow of powder. Also there was no protective plastic covering the holes on the new package. I don't know how relevant this is as the tops on the old packaging were not tightly sealed anyway. They simply had a small peel off piece of plastic covering the holes.One final point is that the old packaging stated that after using the product, "87% saw skin improvement in 2 weeks". The new packaging states "94% saw reduced chafing over two weeks".I hope this review will be useful to users. I must admit that when I first used the talc, I though Amazon had sent me a fake product but this new Cuticura seems to be available everywhere now and having researched it, corn starch is now the favoured ingredient in most body powders including baby powder.

Love this slightly medicated talc. Brings back memories of when I was young. It absorbs sweat, smells lovely (but not overwhelming) also prevents chaffing. So good I have ordered more for friends at their request. Very old brand which won’t disappoint
