This has so far been the worst purchase for me on Amazon. The internet stops working every now and then, the device won't turn off once switched on - every time I had to take out the battery to turn it off.Suddenly this week it has stopped working which has happened in just 7 months of use (1 month after the warranty claim ends).

Overall, I liked the product very much. I've used the product for about a week and I had the following to say:- Product is compatible with Airtel SIM. (Both Postpaid & Prepaid)- Built quality & packaging was awesome.- Battery life is about 5 hours when charged fully and a single device is connected to WiFi.- Offers great connectivity in my area.- The speed can range from anywhere between 5 megabits - 15 megabits per second.- The charger charges the battery in about 1 hour when connected to a power adaptor.- The charger takes about 2.5 hours to charge when connected to laptop or Desktop.- You can use any phone power adaptor to charge your batter, no issues whatsoever.- Go for a Postpaid SIM if your working from home and need more than 6 GB of data/day.- If you're planning to use if for full day, you'll have to probably charge the device twice.- You can use the device while it's charging, so no need to worry about battery backup much.- User interface of the admin panel is great. You can check the battery status, change WiFi passwords etc.My only wish is that the battery could power the device up to 8 hours, so that we didn't have to charge it twice a day. I know I can use the device while it's charging, but then again, it would have been much more convenient.

The product does not work with Vi, Airtel & Jio SIM cards. It's a con job from China being sold in India. The supplier responded after multiple attempts to contact him. He sent in a replacement it works with Airtel, Jio & Vi SIM's, however the upload & download speeds are extremely poor compared to the speeds I get with these SIMs in my OnePlus 9R. Also the Airtel & Jio SIMs are 5G SIMs & though the device specifys 4G/5G printed on the device as well as depicted on Amazon, there is no 5G. The only option you have is 4G & 3G. This is like a typical Chinese con job. I would suggest go in for an Airtel or Jio dongle, it's few bucks more but with a 5G SIM you get far better speeds than this Chinese dongle

Impressive Speed & ConnectivityWorks flawlessly with both postpaid and prepaid SIM’S.The build and packaging are top-notch.Great connectivity in my area, with speeds ranging from 5 to 15 Mbps.The battery charges in about 1 hour with a power adaptor and 2.5 hours via a laptop or desktop. Any phone power adaptor works perfectly.The admin panel is user-friendly and offers useful features like battery status and WiFi password management.Overall, a solid product.

The problem with this product is, it is fine for an hour or so. Then it cannot get the signal at all. It switches between signal and no signal. i.e. swtiches between Green light and Red light. I tested this multiple times and the result is same. And this device cannot catch signals if the signal strength is weak ( unlike Airtel or Jio 4G HotSpot devices, they get the signals easily even in low network areas )
