i placed it in a open land on a tree for my wireless camera . it worked 24/7 with out issue for a year and as we know continuous charge == fluffy battery.

JioFi M2S Black - A Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against purchasing the JioFi M2S Black device online. After purchasing this product, neither Amazon nor Jio provided any service or support for the device. When I contacted Amazon regarding an issue with the device, they directed me to Jio. However, Jio stated that since the device was purchased from Amazon, I needed to contact Amazon for further support. This back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating. Additionally, I recently purchased a JioFi M2S device, which came with a cashback offer of Rs. 1500 in the form of 13 data vouchers worth Rs. 121 each (12GB per voucher). Despite multiple attempts to contact Jio, they informed me that since the device was purchased from Amazon, I needed to contact Amazon for the cashback offer. Jio was unable to provide any further assistance. When I reached out to Amazon customer care, they outright stated that they could not provide support for this issue. This is misleading, as the cashback offer was clearly mentioned in the product description. When I requested the customer support email ID from the Amazon executive, she refused and abruptly ended the call. The rude behavior of the customer executive, refusal to transfer the call to a senior representative, and lack of resolution have left me extremely dissatisfied. I request Amazon to either honor the cashback offer in the form of data vouchers or refund Rs. 1500 to my account.
