Royal jelly has a lot of potential health benefits, however I did some research after receiving these capsules and the consensus of opinion seems to that because it is so potentially potent it is advisable to consult your doctor before taking it, especially if you are taking other medication. Both my wife and I are on medication for health issues, so we won't be taking this until we have spoken to our doctors.However what I can say is that this does appear to be a very good version of the supplement, it ticks all the boxes except for the dose, the articles that I have read advise much higher doses than the 150mg you get from one capsule. It is also worth mentioning that it isn't vegetarian as the capsule is made from bovine gelatine.I do have a problem with rating this product as I have no idea of the price, because that feeds in to the potential star rating, if it is too expensive when a price appears, I will reduce that rating.If we get the go-ahead from our doctor I will revisit this review and update it with any effects.

Can't go wrong with these royal jelly

I don't know whether it's me, but I feel better after taking these royal jelly capsules. Or is it my head telling me so. Either way they work. Its nice knowing yr taking the best u can get.
