Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own. I chose these as I had heard that bee propolis was particularly good for oral health, as well as being beneficial for immune support in general. These come in capsule format in a resealable plastic bag containing 180 capsules. The packet recommends you take 2 capsules daily with water, therefore there is a 90 day supply. Packet details ingredients as bee propolis extract 4:1 along with the capsule shell and organic hemp flour. Although the capsule shell (hypromellose) sounds highly artificial, it is good to note that organic hemp flour has been incorporated rather than an artificial filler. No details provided regarding %NRV, but each serving has 4800mg of bee propolis which provides 108mg flavonoids. The capsules are easy to swallow, but I don't like the strong overpowering smell, which is very noticeable each time I open the packet. Currently priced at £11.69 for a pack of 180 capsules, which equates to about 13p per serving which seems okay. Also available in a pack of 90. Expiry date May 2028. I haven't noticed any difference yet since starting to take these, but I subsequently realised that capsule format probably isn't much use for oral health as it won't provide any localised effect in the mouth, but I will still continue to take them for general immune support.
