Do the straps in the 60 count package come in different colors?

Did not ge the 60 count but pulled up the product and the description says 6 colors for coordination. The second image also shows 6 colors.

Where are these made?

According to the package for the 5 Velcro One-Wrap ties, they come from the Velcro USA Inc. company in Manchester, NH. It does not say "made" anywhere on the package.

Will these stick to Velcro strips?

Yes the one wrap will attach to Velcro Strips

Can they be sewn to fabric?

I would not recommend these to be sewn into fabric as the they wrap around to velcro. The side sewn would prohibit them from sticking together. You need a 2 part velcro one piece "hook" the other piece "loop" then you can stick them together when they are sewn in. Hope that helps!
