Perfect, good quality supplement. I helps regulate blood sugars, I do notice that I am less hungry when I take it 2x a day at least. It should also be great for circulation etc.

I would say it’s a little hard to review the benefits of berberine’s most celebrated benefits without a visit to the doctors, but I can comment that I do seem to be less hungry, and less hangry, which pleases my partner no end.I haven’t lost any extra weight than my already slow-but-steady progress (combined with exercise) which I’m a wee bit disappointed about as I could stand to lose a few pounds.I don’t have trouble taking tablets but even I would say these are quite sizeable. My picture is taken on a standard size cotton pad for scale.Provided you push your chin forward, not back, swallowing the capsule is easy enough, but I can appreciate a daunting task for the sensitive amongst us, hence taking a star off.

Great for reduced hunger they work well but only 3 stars as I have tired much better ones than these easy to swollow good for the price but better alternatives out there

Great herbal medication for the body. After nearly dying beginning of the year, and having a ten week hospital stay. I came home ditched all conventional meds and started on herbal medication including berberine. I feel stronger and far healthier. Please research this yourself.
