Rock Island M1911 380 Baby Rock IWB Kydex Gun Holster

Very well constructed. Has the perfect amount of retention imo. It stays in place nice and is super comfortable. I like how you can adjust the cant by loosening one screw then retightening it when it is at the angle you want. Been using it for a couple weeks now and am very happy. I have used multiple holsters over the years like Crossbreed, Alien and Fobos. This holster is definently right up there with these other companies.

This holster does fit the Baby Rock M1911. The only downside is that it fits really tight. I took my firearm unloaded and had to put it in the holster and take it out 2 dozen times for it to start to fit, the gun actually started to cut at the kydex in the holster. It didn’t damage the gun but it wasn’t fun. I left it in the holster for a night and it seems to fit a lot better but if you don’t like tight retention I don’t recommend buying it. It does fit just really tight which works for me.

Not comfortable, as it doesn’t shield the back of the pistol. Leaving the hammer exposed to dig into my side or wherever it touches. The fit is getting better with time and flexing. I was happy to see this product is available, but it needs improvement.Original review is below.It’s very tight, too much unnecessary holster wear. I need two hands to get it out. I don’t want to cram the firearm in and out of this thing until it’s acceptable. The manufacturer should have made sure the fit was right.There is such a thing as tension screws, and they work great. Just turn them in or out until preferred tension is established. Considering that every review talks about how tight the fit is, they’re clearly not interested in improving the product. Bag it, tag it, flip it, ship it.Refinishing this, voids the warranty.Holster wear is only acceptable after years of use, not breaking in a holster.I made sure the pistol was empty and safe, before jamming it in and out several times. It scratched the pistol and I still can’t remove it with one hand. It’s the first bad kydex holster I bought, and I was excited. I’m definitely not happy.

Looks good however it’s was to tight couldn’t hardly get my gun into it and when I did couldn’t hardly get it out so tight it pulls the slide back when sticking it in

It fits snug and correctly but like others stated you need to work the gun into the kydex to cut down material.

It's a good looking product but it doesn't fit.
