This thing outperformed 2 Keurig Mini Plus's and I'm Going Back
I bought this in 2016, mainly out of necessity, as I was the only one in my household who drinks coffee. I replaced it with a fancier Keurig Mini Plus in 2018, and ended up replacing them repeatedly, until today, when I put the last one out on the curb. I live in an area where there are many people with time I don't have to fix and work on it, and I'm sure it will be better off than in the landfill. That being said, I'm going back. This little guy was working without an issue when I dropped it off at the Goodwill, and worked like a charm, every day. It's what it says it is, a cup of coffee maker. You have to keep it clean, and be careful not to tip it over, but it works every day, each day. Highly recommended.

Works with Bluetti E3BA
The reason I wanted this coffee maker was to be able to make a cup of coffee on a road trip or camping using my Bluetti E3DA. Just received it and tried it. It drew only 345 watts from the Bluetti and heated the water to 145 degrees Fahrenheit. I had a few Prime CC points so the unit cost me about $18. Some things to note: I used more than one scoop of coffee because I like my coffee strong. Also make sure the sprayer that sprays the hot water over the coffee grounds is centered to cover all of the coffee grounds. The first cup I made, the sprayer was off center and the grounds did not get completely soaked and the coffee was weak. It is a cheap coffee maker but you get what you pay for. But for my purposes it does make a hot cup of coffee using a small solar generator and the coffee is hot and tastes fine. For this reason I give it 5 stars.

Comes with everything but coffee, (as far as I know),.
Note; have not used it yet. But for those who didn’t read the description and ordered a cup/mug like I did or looked for number 1 filters, it comes with both. A ceramic mug? The filter is a reusable washable filter. Also, the price seems to change a bit. Got mine a week ago for $23.00? A good deal with a mug and filter imo. Right now it’s listed for $28. I guess it’s a niche item so price may not matter. Low power draw for camping with a rechargeable power station which is why I bought it as others have. If it works as advertised - I’ll up the rating to 5 stars as I’m already happy with purchase. I’ll Cheers.

Don’t purchase if you want to use with a Jackary
I can’t speak for other power stations but will not work with a Jackary 400. I purchased this low wattage 300watt coffee maker to use at hunting camp with our Jackary since the generator can’t be turned on until 10am. The coffee maker will turn on and run for 30 seconds and then shuts off Jackary will still be running and providing power but the coffee maker is shut off. I’m not sure if it’s defective or what but it’s useless to me.

This little coffee maker is amazing!
I've used it at least 50 times and have had no problem. It fits all the mugs I have tried so I'm super happy. I save a ton of money buying regular coffee and having the reusable filter. It is a bit slow but I just leave the room for a few min (3-5 min) and come back. It's worth the wait. It takes up a small amount of counter space and does the job I need it to do. It is REALLY easy to clean as well.

One huge, glaring design error!
I am 65 years old and have owned at least eight different single cup coffee makers. I loved all of them. Most were Mr. Coffee, but there was a few other brand names. They all had one thing in common: when the water reservoir was finished heating, they automatically shut off. This coffee maker has a power switch that you snap after the water's in and your coffee is nested with a filter. But once the brewing is done, IT STAYS ON!!!I don't know if this is dangerous, when someone makes their coffee and heads to work, leaving an empty house with an electric device still on.For whatever reason, 1-cup coffee makers are going the way of the dodo. I strongly recommend you look for a different coffee maker. This one has house fire written all over it.

Disappointment
None of my coffee cups will fit; either too tall or too wide. You have to use the cup that comes with it. And the unit does not shut off automatically after the coffee is done. All of the other one-cup brewers I've had click off when done. And the worst thing is; after pouring in the water and ground coffee, you have to swing a water sprinkler arm over the coffee grounds basket for it to brew. If you forget to swing the arm leaving it in its neutral position, the unit will allow you to close the lid and switch it on. I don't know where it will sprinkle the water, but even if it does nothing... that's one more step. With other brewers... you just pour in the water, add the coffee, close the lid. Four minutes later you have coffee.I've stashed this Salton coffee brewer in basement storage and ordered another Black and Decker brand where I can use all of the coffee mugs in my cupboard.

Great item
This is a great lil maker for the price. Grandson drinks one cup a day and since he likes his stronger than us, this maker is perfect. He can make his one cup as strong as he likes.
