What is the little blue and white attacment for? The picture shows it attached to the bottom of the chute. How is it attached and what is its function

The foam pad can be attached to any part of the Sock Aid to help the sock or stocking stay on the Sock Aid. Simply peel away the paper and the adhesive back sticks to the Sock Aid. Most users do not need this Foam Pad because the Sock Aid will work perfectly without the pad. However, we always include it in the package in case the user decides to use it.

My feet are about 4 inches from the sole to the top of my foot. Would I be able to put on compression socks comfortably using this sock aid?

I found that I could not use this product with compression stockings. It works great with regular socks but compression stockings squeeze the aid making it too narrow to get your foot into it.

Is it capable of having compression stockings put over it?

It works absolutely fine with my compression socks (25-30 mm) I got this because I have larger feet (13D). And my regular sock helper wouldn’t work with the compression socks

how do I buy a new foam pad?

My guess is a medical supply store if not there ask a local nursing home or rehabilitation center to see where they get their replacement foam pads from
