New product for me.
This product came recommended from my Ayurveda instructor. I thought I would give it a try. I absolutely love adding this to my daily routine. The only issue I had with the tumblers, and they do state this in the enclosed booklet, was the wood did crack and the liquid tends to spill out. I placed it in a small bowl and that worked. The tumbler lasted about 40 days. I am on my second one. I wish I had found this product earlier and will be sharing it with my clients.

Cracked when received
I have to put it inside another glass because it leaks. Very dissatisfied

Disappointed
Cracked the first time I used it. They do mention that this is normal but I didn't expect it with the only time I used it.

Cracked wood!
I look for many such products but finally I found this product. It is delivered after 2 weeks, and after that when I opened its cracked. I can't use it.Waste products, time and money too.
