If you are someone who is tall, this is a good yoga mat because it is longer than many you’ll find out there. I appreciate the thickness of the material as well, even though it doesn’t look like a triple decker thick yoga mat, it is! I have owned this and used daily for my morning yoga and weight work for about two months now. I’m about 175 pounds and haven’t encountered any discomfort where I felt like my knees or elbows are pressing in the ground. Especially in the knees, that cushion is so uncomfortable if it isn’t thick enough. Don’t worry, with this one, it won’t be an issue. It is grippy to the floor and the ridges nicely catch your feet when in difficult poses. I am also glad it didn't come with that gross rubbery/plastic smell. It folds up nicely and has a little carrying strap if needed.10/10!

Perfect length & very thick and plush!

Thick and cushy, which is just what I wanted. Now I can do the child's pose or practice my splits without bruising my knees. I will say I have noticed the dents and stuff other reviews mentioned, so I doubt the overall durability of the mat but for my purposes and for the price I don't have an issue with it.

I love this thick yoga mat after years of my plain, thin mat. This one is so much more comfortable. And the straps are very useful, even if I'm not taking the mat to a class, the straps keep it in a tidy roll.

The only main negative thing I’ve seen on my mat is the imprints in my photo from where the strap was holding in for a very long time which is on both sides, but this doesn’t particularly bother me, and it’s just on the very ends of the mat.The mat itself is a good length for me, and while it is pretty firm, it is much more comfortable than my floor. I tend to get sweaty hands, and even through a few uses I don’t find myself slipping at all, and the mat stays in place.I know some people were complaining about a smell, but mine hardly smells at all. It does have a rubber smell to it which makes sense, but I only notice it if my face is on or just above the mat, and it’s not super unpleasant and doesn’t bother me. I wouldn’t say the strap itself is necessarily comfortable if you’re gonna sling it over your shoulder because it’s standard Velcro, but it is definitely lightweight and easy to carry, and it doesn’t take up much space when rolled up.This is my first yoga mat as I’ve just started, so I do have nothing to compare it to, but I am very happy with my purchase. When this one wears out I am likely to buy from this brand again.

Very good quality. Perfect size and Thickness. The handle straps make it easy to transport to and room places.
