Has anyone removed this yet? Can it be reapplied and does it really "not leave a sticky residue"?

I have one on my laptop and I never took the whole thing off but it lifted on 2 corners and wont stick back down so I would say no people will have to apply glue to get it back down. But I see what your saying like a sticker switch out but those corners do not have that clear residue on the actual computer surface either. So I dont believe it will leave a residue but you wont be able to reattach it later. It's almost like a one use but there really nice the image that is printed.

does it come with a bottom for the keyboard?

It comes with a top part for the outer computer and a (not sure if exact measure) 5x7 decal does the keyboard area and (not sure of exact measure) 4x6 decal (or can be 4x6 with 3x4) decal for the keyboard area. You get 3 decals total. I used the main one for my computer. Looks beautiful. I used the smaller one for the separate DVD/CD player that I use with the computer and the smaller one for my car window. All 3 are good quality and as good as the picture. Hope this helps.

Will this fit on a samsung Notebook 7 13.3?
