I've been using this for a few years as an overnight mask and it's really made a difference on my skin. I'm 37, never done bot*x/injectables and tbh haven't even really been on top of using sunscreen throughout the years - and people ask me all the time what I do to my skin to get it so glowing and smooth. This balm is IT!! I use a tiny bit at the end of my skincare routine and I wake up with the softest skin in the morning. I used to get ezcema before starting using this and I struggled with some acne before, but this has really just calmed everything down and doesn't clog my skin at all.Slugging in general is great for the skin, but don't waste your time with V*seline, Aquaph0r and all those brands that are just oil industry waste material.. this is so pure, all plant-based, and literally the queen of slugging balms - a complete game changer!Some reviews mentioned getting a small size, but any time I've ordered I've always gotten the full size, so that must be a mess-up from Amazon sending an incorrect product and not on the brand. It doesn't have any scent added to it, so it smells a bit nutty which might take a second to get used to if you're used to scented products. Also love that this is fair-wage & social impact to support women in the developing world.. I wish more companies would think and do like this!

I live far north so the winters are pretty brutal, and this cream is great for combating the dryness! I first received a sample of this from ipsy and then decided I needed a full size!! If you're on the fence, just buy it! You won't regret it!!

My fav skincare item for several years now & this is my fourth tube. It lasts forever and is very healing/nourishing to the skin.

Melts into to skin like butter. I love massage and moisturizing my face but doesn’t leak lover like other oils. No scent

I like this. Much less “grit” than usual. I do wonder, though, what processing it goes through to get it this way, and if what we get is really “unrefined.”

This is at least my 4th tube of this stuff and probably my last. Previous tubes (purchased elsewhere) were great and I loved it, but this last tube I got from Amazon (sold by LXMI) was weird and gross. It's supposed to be creamy (like a lotion) but I got hard, gritty bites in a clear liquid. I understand sometimes weird things happen and I might have gotten a bad batch, but I've contacted LXMI directly over a week ago and haven't received a reply. Unfortunately, the complete lack of customer service is a deal breaker for me. I'm pretty bummed about it because this used to be one of my holy grail products, but I guess I'll go back to using the hard shea butter in a tin.EDIT: LXMI reached out to me very soon after I posted this review. Not only have they offered to replace my tube, but they explained what might have happened (it got too hot and melted) and how to fix it (put it in the fridge). My initial email to them somehow got caught in their spam filters, and they apologized for that too. Their replies were timely, detailed, helpful, and specific to my issues. I can tell that LXMI really cares about keeping their customers happy and I'm impressed with how they handled my problem. I am so glad to know that LXMI stands behind their products, I'll definitely keep buying this item!

I received this in a fabfitfun box and it is so amazing that I ordered a second tube. Seems like it would be greasy but soaks in well and my skin is so soft and super moisturized. My hands have always been dry due to my line of work, I don’t have that problem anymore. I use it on my lips as well and they have never felt more moisturized. A little goes quite a ways. Love this product, will continue to purchase the hand and body melt and hope to try other products as well when I can afford it.
