This is my second bag from this company. This purse matches a lot of my wardrobe and satisfies my needs. I love the amount of storage space, the anti-theft opening, and the sturdy strap.Hopefully, the material outside the bag was made more durable. I had some peeling on my previous bag over time.

Update: I’ve changed my review to 5 stars. The company was able to send me the missing top strap that matches the black bag and it looks and works great. I now own both the black and the original brown color. The brown has held up very well and I’m excited to have it in black now too. Great, versatile bag with plenty of pockets!I loved the bag so much I bought it in a second color but the black one I just got arrived without the top strap to use to wear it as a handbag. I’m so disappointed! Hoping I can somehow reach the manufacturer so they can send the strap or return it and get one that has it like the picture shows. I use that feature all the time on my first one.

i think this bag will be the perfect size for travel!side pockets will fit a large cell phone, umbrella, a skinny water bottle (i am using one of those smaller/thinner stainless steel bottles with the screw-on top)... bottle fits just fine (pretty tight fit) which is one thing i worried about! umbrella also fits perfectly in the bottom of the main, back opening as well which is probably where i will keep it. front side pockets are relatively large - i can fit a large hard sunglass case in it.all zippers seem to function just fine. material is soft and comfortable (as opposed to another purse like this that i ordered - that material seemed VERY fake and almost 'laminated').the straps are what won me over. i wanted straps that were made of the same material as the bag. other bag i ordered just had like a shiny, woven sort of strap that made the bag look cheap. THIS bag has the same leather on the top side of the strap to match the bag as well as the woven material on the back side of the strap. i think will help for durability. all 3 straps are adjustable which is perfect (other bag did not have adjustable purse strap).i didn't encounter a heavy strong smell either. it came with a sachet that didn't really leave a smell behind which i'm thankful for as i can't stand fragrances.overall great! the only thing that lost a star for me were the placement of the pockets in the main compartment. there are 2 pen slip pockets on the zipper opening/fold out portion of the main compartment. things could slip or fall out potentially. i wish they had swapped the placement of the pens slip pockets and the small zipper pouch found at the back of the compartment - i think that would make a little more sense. but i kept it nonetheless!

I saw all the comments about the smell before I purchased, but the backpack was just too cute to pass up, and I'm glad I didn't! It is even cuter in person, and I believe the company has done all possible to get rid of the smell by putting Lavender packets inside the bag to help. I am leaving it open for a few days before using to let it air out and I think it will be fine. I am glad I didn't need to use it right away, because smells do bother me & I'm afraid that particular smell would have made me ill. I love the size, color (I got the Khaki), craftsmanship & warranty. I also love that I can go through Amazon if something happens & don't have to go directly to the company about the warranty!

Super cute! Great size, looks small but holds a lot. I am able to put everything I need in here and am excited to bring it on my next trip. Fits my surface pro, though it does take a tiny bit of effort to roll the rounded edges of the bag over the edges of the surface pro (but still worth the buy). With everything inside, it does not appear stuffed and I still have room for a light cardigan! I did not have an issue with smell like others. The material is soft and appears durable, so do the straps. Versatile look.

I love this bag! I have been looking for a long time for something that looks like a nicer bag, but functions like a back pack. After many purchases that I ended up not liking for different reasons, I have finally found it!! It fits all my make up, wallet, brush, pens/pencils, baby wipes, deodorant etc... neatly and easily. Fits a couple of full size notebooks too! The pockets inside are great too! It’s easy to keep everything organized. I have 4 kids and need all my hands most of the time, that is why I wanted a functioning backpack, but I am also a girl that likes to look nice so I wanted a something that looked nicer than a backpack. This bag allows me to have the function of a backpack with the look of a nicer bag. Functional and nice looking... can’t beat that!!!!

Alright so, I'm going to keep it short and simple. I ordered this bag for my best friend Christmas Present. It was to carry her laptop and basically a small backpack for my lighter things. When it arrived, there was a giant manufacturing error on the design. It was nothing too bad, an error in the braiding design on the outside. My issue was that it stands out starkly, so I went to customer service. They at first offered me $5 back for my bag, so I flipped out. They corrected their mistake, and even refunded my money. I was able to keep the bag and even though it has an error on the outside, I'm still pretty satisfied with the product. My computer fits pretty snugly, it's a little hard to wiggle in, but it fits at least. The inside is pretty smooth, but the insidepockets look like it could use a bit more stitching.All in all, it's a wonderful bag, very stylish as a purse and a backpack. I am comforted by the inside opening as no one can just open it and take things.

Even after getting all muddy on a dune buggy, it cleaned up well. Sturdy. Can wear it as a backpack without worrying about thieves. Easy to carry around, looks good, suits everything, highly recommend.

Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra. Tiene una gran capacidad para cubrir mis necesidades.Las costuras y remates son muy satisfactorios. Al ser de cuero era una de las dudas que tenia, peroel acabado es perfecto. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que al ser de cuero, ya tiene un peso añadido.Para mi no es un problema. La volvería a comprar sin dudarlo.
