I'm 17 1/4. I went with xl and they are snug but not overly tight. I love them.

Q: I measured my knee I’m about 13.5 inches I want a tight fit with leggings on what size should I order?

Look at the sizing chart. I followed the directions and purchased the size they recommended. They are great and the fit is tight

Size selection, go for one below if you want more support

Good weight and supports well, I have only squatted once but felt the size just about right, my size was right at the max range and next time I would get one size smaller.
