Hestya 10 m Foam Draught Excluder Weather Strip Tape Weatherstrip Weather Seals for Window Door Sealing (3 mm, White)

Worked great in a tight area to seal an area of the door another type did not cover.

Not much to say, worked perfectly in my door way. Was using it to block the gaps between my door and the door frame.

Very nice color, I was glad to find white weather tape. The foam is very firm so it’s not soft like the other brands. It didn’t stick long but that may have been because I used it on a painted surface.

This product was easy to apply and the adhesive strength seemed just about right. I used the strip to make borders around the periphery of 1/8" thick glass panels (e.g. of size 33" x 17"), which I then clamped to the inside frames of several conventional windows to produce one-inch air gaps and get some exterior sound abatement (neighbor's barking dogs). When the sealed package of tape was first opened, the odor of the adhesive was very strong. However, the odor dissipated in a couple of days and was no problem. The paper backing was very thin and was easy to remove, but occasionally the thin backing would tear while being removed, causing a minor inconvenience. I didn't order enough of the tape the first time, so I had to reorder to complete the project. I had no second-thoughts about reordering this product.

Arrived promptly but one of the two rolls I ordered looked like someone stepped on it. Neither roll was wound snug and the damaged one wanted to constantly uncoil completely. The the release tape did not come off smooth or completely. I had to constantly go back on the sticky side and remove snippets, that did not release with the "pull-off." Frustrating. You can find better for close to this price.

I used this on a wooden aquarium hood to prevent it from scratching the top of an acrylic tank. So far, it's doing the trick and holding very well. Been on for a month and only had to push a tiny bit back onto the surface...which was probably my fault for bending the tape around a corner, rather than cutting the tape and butting the two ends together.UPDATE (12/31/22): STILL HOLDING FABULOUSLY 2 & 1/2 years later!! Still as white as when first placed, with no signs of discoloring!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Looks like it might do s good job, but don’t try sticking it to wood…

I needed a single-sided high density white foam tape for inside-sealing of some large windows. This was absolutely perfect, both the size and the adhesion. It was repositionable for a few moments, and then became permanent.
