Wonderful Wheelchair for My Wife
My wife has lung cancer and COPD. She can walk but requires oxygen and walking anywhere makes her completely winded. This wheelchair is fantastic. We have had it for a couple of months now and for the frequent doctor's appointments it has made both of our lives so much better. It is light and easy to wheel her around yet is made very well. I have a small SUV and it collapses easily and fits into the back with no problem at all. It is not too heavy to lift in either. My wife is only 5'4" and weighs about 120 lbs. but the 16" wide chair is perfectly comfortable for her and it fits through doorways without any problem at all. In fact, I sat in it and it is very comfortable for me (and I am 6' tall and weigh about 225 lbs.)It maneuvers well when there is not a lot of room and when I take her out, she has to have oxygen so I have to coordinate her and the carriage for the oxygen. This wheelchair allows me to coordinate both with no problem. It came basically assembled and is very easy to open and fold down for putting in the car. The feet rests are easily detachable and adjust very easily. The best thing was the price. I wasn't sure that for this reasonable price, it would be made that well or stand up to extended usage but so far it is perfect. I could have spent a lot more on another wheelchair with a few more fancy features, but for something that really works well and is reasonably priced, I am extremely happy with our purchase and how well it works for us.

Like all wheel chairs, you must be careful of the center of gravity.
I have to say that the first product that came was missing the foot rests, which made it pretty much useless. However the replacement that came was all in order, and hassle free. It did take a while for the replacement, so i did have to rent a wheel chair for 2 months. Kind of an inconvenience, and disappointment, but still it was worth the wait.Pros:- Easy fold up for travell.- Adjustable and adjustable rising leg rests- Sturdy seating, even for my heavier family members- arm rests can be swung out of the way for easy placement of the chair at a table.- comfortable even for extended use- solid rubber tires have good grip on most surfacesCons:- carbon fiber style wheel spokes make it light, but it feels brittle and i worry they may crack at some point.- velcro that holds the back of the seat bottom to the bottom of the seat back sometimes slips, making it feel like your butt might pop through.Overall, it's a very decent wheelchair value for the price. It's the preferred brand of many of the medical centers near me.

Great Chair. But Left Wheel Rubs On The Side Panel
CON: The left wheel rubs up against the armrest's side-panel. This make the chair harder to push and also makes it veer off to the left. This is why I gave the chair 4 stars instead of 5. As far as I can tell, this is the only design flaw the chair has. I noticed a couple other reviewers mentioned the same problem. Without this problem, the chair would be flawless.PROS: Aside from the wheel rubbing the side panel, this chair is perfect. It is well constructed and much sturdier than I expected it to be for a folding chair. When I shift my weight from side to side, the chair isn't wobbly. I purchased the 20" seat and it fits through most doorways (although it's a tight squeeze and I have to watch my fingers don't get jammed in the doorway). The seat as well as the backrest is much more comfortable than I expected. Today I went to the mall and had lunch in a restaurant. The armlegth arm rests allowed me to pull up close to the table and I was as comfortable sitting in the chair as I would have been sitting in a booth. I was in this chair for about 2.5 hours and remained comfortable the entire time. Unfolding and folding the chair is a breeze. To unfold you basically just push down on the seat. To fold, you just grasp the two handles on either side of the seat and pull up. This folds the seat and the chair for easy transport. Though you do not have to remove the leg rests in order to fold the chair to transport it in a car, I do remove mine simply because it makes the chair lighter to lift into the car. I am a middle-aged woman with several upper body orthopedic issues (in addition to my orthopedic leg issues), and despite this I'm able to lift the chair into my car. I won't lie, it's a bit of a struggle for me, but it's perfectly doable. The chair fits in the back of my SUV. Taking the leg rest off and putting them on is really simple too so I don't mind having to remove them to store the chair in the car.All-in-all, I'm happy I purchased this wheelchair. I just wish the wheel didn't rub on the side panel. I plan to contact a local wheelchair repair shop to see if there's some sort of fix for this. For the price, you can't beat this chair.

Works great!
Purchased for a family member. We’re at the hospital now. This chair works better than the loaners we’ve used up until now. It would be great if it had a storage pocket but it’s not hard to add one.Good buy for the price!
