Such a cute book to help kids learn and understand emotions in a variety of learning styles and examples.

My kids love this book. The pictures, the explanation of the feelings. It really has helped them understand and express how they are feeling in certain situations.

My daughter really enjoyed this book!Each page expressed a different feeling in the little girl’s heart and my daughter connected one of the feelings in the book to her own feelings that day. It was great to see her understanding an emotion that she felt and telling me about it.It’s a cute book and I definitely see us reading this one a lot!

A really sweet book, exactly what I was looking for to help my deeply feeling toddlers understand and express their emotions.

A must to buy your Young grandchild …

Such a sweet book to introduce a variety of basic feelings to toddlers. My daughter was around 18 months when COVID hit, and she missed out on precious social interaction, which has let to some frustrations in regards to her speech and her ability to express herself.I was looking for books about feelings/emotions, since it seemed Penny couldn't express much beyond "happy," or "sad." What attracted this specific one to me first is the lovely cutout heart that gets smaller with each turn of the page. As soon as we got it, she immediately ask me to read it. She lovingly traced each heart with her fingers after we read every feeling. She loves the simple drawings, and asking questions about each little detail.Within about a week of reading this book, she was able to share with me on two seperate occasions that she felt shy and afraid, two emotions expressed in the book. Not only that, but feeling "brave" has her reminding me almost every day now how big and strong she is!I highly recommend this book for any little ones around 3-6. We love it!

Saw this at Target and was actually trying to find some books on emotions. Amazon sells much cheaper so I bought it from here. Such a great read with my 3yo. First of all, the design of the book catches her attention because of all the sizes of the heart. The illustration is adorable and content is easy to understand. We really enjoy reading this book together. It helps both of us bonding because I can use myself for examples when it comes to explaining to her. I even told her to catch me when I'm feeling upset/angry which she did the other day. She literally told me "mommy, relax, ok?". That almost made me cry tears of joy because she remembered this book and our conversation. I am so proud of her.
