Good for amateurs
An average polarizer. I have tried taking landscape shots on a sunny day and it does reduce the highlight of the clouds and increases the saturation of the blue sky. Cannot say anything about the reduction of glare from water bodies since I havn't tried it yet. The delivery was awesome. It was shipped from New York and I got it in a week.

Great Tiffen polarizers are available here in India, though expensive. The quality of the CPL in itself is great, however, I was not happy with the packing. Anyway, the product is good for the money.
