Worth it.
Much prefer this flavour to the rainbow candy ones - not as bitter. Great value for money also. Definitely works - I feel my workouts are so much better if I have one of these before doing it!

I like this brand but this item is a let down i really like their energy drinks especially the apple flavor but I thought I'd give the shot a go but I found it lacking the shot is like any espresso it'll wake you up and that's it I could take this and fall asleep 5 minutes later I won't be getting this again anytime soon I feel I've been let down.
