Impossible to attach filter
I wanted to believe this was the same quality as the Moen kitchen faucet and sip water faucet, however, it was not. I found it to be impossible to attach the filter and no water ever passed through. I ended up purchasing another brand, which was a piece of cake to instal, albeit logical to attach. It needs to be redesigned.

A great product but a difficult time replacing the cartridge when needed
Easy to install. Works as intended, and we like it a lot. It provides about six months of filtered water per cartridge, and a light indicates when changeover is due (based on time, not amount of water). But changing the cartridge is a bear. If you lubricate the o-rings on the cartridge it helps, and if you get it just right it twists on and seats perfectly. But reaching under the cabinet to install the new cartridge is a hit or miss proposition. It's not easy. Just remember to turn off the water to the filtration system and turn on the faucet to remove line pressure, or you'll never get it done easily. This is a five-star product with a difficult change-over; so I deducted one star.

Not carbon block. Not near the taste of block filtered water.
I plumbed mine to a standard faucet where we only use the cold side to fill pitchers for drinking water. Every time there is a major change in pressure as when turning off the water supply to change a toilet flapper, there is a little reverse flow on the filter from some trapped air in the hot water side of the single handle faucet. Then a cloud of pure black carbon/water mix comes out every faucet down stream. I have tasted water in our area when filtered through a good carbon block filtered hot/cold water dispenser. It tastes great compared to what I am getting. Those filters are much lower flow rate of course.

Great Filter - Easy to Install
I just received and installed this filter along with a Moen S5530SRS beverage faucet. The system was easy to install on my own, with a small amount of assistance holding the faucet in place while I tightened it. To be clear, I have absolutely no experience installing these things, and by no means consider myself a 'handywoman.' Now that it is installed, it is working very well, with very good water pressure (much better than the tripple filter I was replacing that I bought Home Depot many years ago). The water tastes great, and so far I am pleased.I did see another review mentioning the difficulty of replacing the filters. I haven't had to replace it yet, but I will say that it was VERY difficult to screw in the filter once the system was installed. I really struggled, and at one point, I had to take a break then come back and try again. I now worry about the issues I may have when I need to replace it. I'll update the review when the time comes.
