Great little grill!
I have never purchased a “used” item from Amazon but did so with this grill based on another review. It presented as brand new - I don’t think the box had even been opened! This is a great little grill! I did watch a video on how to set up and fold down the legs, but the explanation is spot on in the printed directions. I set it up, added a small propane bottle and used it immediately. The cook surface is small compared to a regular grill, but perfect for me alone. My food was great and the clean up was a breeze! I washed the grate in my sink and wiped out the inside of the grill with a dishcloth. This grill is perfect for an apartment deck and folds down easily for storage. I am happy with this purchase and definitely recommend this grill for anyone with limited space.

Good grill for small use
This is a great grill for a single person, or even a medium family. Good size grill, heats up very quickly, but only wish that it used a standard large propane tank. Those little ones are very expensive. Also wish it had a drip pan, not the little Teeny tray that you slide out. Little more work to clean every time, but at least the grill itself is nonstick. Would definitely recommend it. Especially good for camping and portable trips.

Good quality.....a little shaky
Ordered this for tailgates and a back up for our camping trips. Legs of grill could be of better quality as it moves a bit more than I expected when in use. Compact in size and easy to store and transport. Cooks food well. Easy to clean.

Light weight not rugged poor customer service.
I was really excited to have a new grill for camping. I even purchased a carrying case for it. It is Light weight which is good for transporting but it is also not rugged. After only two uses the plastic latch melted and the control knob malfunctioned. Terrible customer service. I sent an email according to their protocol and did receive one voice mail directing me to call a number. But I have tried 5 or 6 times and I am just put on a recorded message where I leave my info. 2 weeks have passed with no returned call or resolution. I am very disappointed in Cuisinart, I especially chose this grill because of the company name thinking it would be rugged and dependable and that the company would stand by their product.

Great little grill
After reading the conflicting reviews on this grill I decided to give it a try. I buy numerous items on Amazon and usually dont take the time to review them because I haven't had any problems and dont take the time for positive reviews. However after reading about the supposed fake reviews on this grill I am taking the time to review it. I was looking for a small, inexpensive portable grill to use on the sandbar with my wife and 3 kids when we take the boat out. This grill looked ideal as the legs can be extended to set it up in shallow water or shore without hauling an additional table. The grill arrived and the legs went on in under 5 minutes. I threw on a 2 year old propane bottle that was maybe 1/4 full. I burned off the new crud for 5 minutes and threw on several burgers and hot dogs to give it a try. The burgers were completely frozen. I left the grill on medium high and did the burgers 6 minutes a side. They were very well done and probably on the grill for too long. This is a small grill and 5 hamburgers and a couple hot dogs fill it up. the grill got very hot very quick and I had zero problems lighting it. Time will tell how it stands up to shore use but for a cheap very portable grill to throw some burgers, brats etc I believe its an excellent buy. As the one reviewer said its no 3 burner Weber but I think it will work great for the occassional use of camping, tailgating etc.UPDATE!! After using this grill on the sandbar all summer I still give it 5 stars. The grill lit easily every time, the legs dropped down and worked great in the shallow water without any issues. The grill will flare up if your cooking some really greasy burgers but with abundant water nearby I simply used the kids squirt gun to douse the flame. Grill cleaned up easily at the end of the season and I look forward to using it again next year. Having hot food after a day on the boat made our outings that much better.

Compact and Convenient, But Limited in Power
The Cuisinart CGG-180 Petit Gourmet Portable Gas Grill is a great choice for portability, especially if you're looking for something compact and easy to transport. The VersaStand feature is a nice touch, allowing it to be used as either a tabletop or freestanding grill. It heats up quickly and works well for small meals, like burgers or hot dogs, which makes it great for camping or tailgating. However, the grill does have its limitations. The 5,500 BTU burner doesn’t get as hot as some larger grills, so it can struggle with tasks like searing meat. Additionally, the cooking area is quite small, which may not be ideal if you’re cooking for a large group. Some users also reported minor stability issues if the grill is not placed on a level surface. Despite these drawbacks, it’s still a good option for light grilling in smaller spaces.

Perfect for camping.
This is a decent little grill. No tools were needed to assemble, the only assembly is the feet and they snap onto the legs. Good size for camping and tailgating. Everything locks closed for storage and transport. It has a built-in igniter and has a grease trap tray that locks into place that you clean out before you pack it up. The legs have two different height adjustments not counting that you can leave it folded up sitting on a table and still grill with it. I would definitely purchase it again.

Buy this grill.
I am changing my rating on this grill. I previously gave it a 1 because of a repeat issue. But I contacted Cuisinart customer service and conversed with Mary Moriaty. She was extremely helpful and sent me a brand new replacement grill. I've tested it and it works perfectly. Thank you Mary.I strongly recommend this grill and Cuisinart as a company.
