These pans are very good! I used them to make a cake for my birthday party. I oiled and lined w parchment paper and the cake came out very smoothly and easily. It is also pretty easy to clean

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my first cake made to celebrate our growing family and these Wilton cake pans made it happen.Not only do they not stick when prepared like usual (melted butter, then cocoa powder or flour or powdered sugar), they heat evenly and thoroughly. They've survived the dishwasher twice now and are still ready to use.I've used disposable pans, glass pans, and even other metal cake pans, but they've all either stuck to the pan or cooked so unevenly that the inside is still raw when the edges are done.I'm pretty harsh on Wilton products, but this is a professional grade pan. I highly recommend it.

Quality of these pans are good. I was nervous that I should have just gone to the store to grab one but it's amazing. Baking capacity is good and size is good as well: easy to clean.
