Give this starter pack a try, it could save your life, quite literally!
This genuinely really helps me with my breathing at night! I was punched on the side of my nose around 20 years ago, and for all that time every night I have struggled to breathe. The only rest I could truly get is using a nasal spray, which can be harmful long term. I feel my intelligence reducing when I get a few bad nights sleep, so surgery was honestly my next option. Thought I'd give nasal strips one last try (the ones with magnets), but this popped up when searching. And honestly, they're absolutely amazing. Instantly they open your nose fully so you can breathe. They make me look.a bit weird, so I cant wear them in the day time. I have quite a bug nose I guess, but I found the smallest one from the starter pack of 3 is more than sufficient. In fact even the medium sized one makes my nose hurt a little. I wish I found these 20 years ago, or maybe they didn't even exist. But honestly, these are likely quite literally a life saver for me. Sleep Apnea can cause long term heart problems, memory problems, strikes, etc etc. I don't know if there are any bad chemicals in this, but frankly I don't care - I'd like to think its non toxic. Honestly, for £15 quid for a starter pack of 3, I'd urge anyone with breathing difficulties to at least try these. £15 is a very small price to pay, in the pursuit kf your long term health. They're absolutely amazing. Thank you for inventing these!

Works really well
These really do work. It was so much easier to breathe with them in. However, the same brand has a black box which has different sizes which is better for your first purchase. The yellow bow are all the same size and were a bit small. After trying the other sizes I think they are best when they are a bit longer in length. They would have received 5stars if they had fit as well as the ones from the other box.

Not comfortable for me
I didn’t get on with the Mute but thought I’d try these as I thought they would stay in and be a more comfortable rubbery material. Unfortunately it was still uncomfortable for me but I was pleased Amazon did a refund. I find the loops hard to use and super cumbersome. Personally I just keep going back to the Silent Mammoth. I think the Mute could be a great product but they are not innovating the design or listening to user feedback.

too expensive for a piece of plastic
The large one kinda works, but its way too expensive for a flimsy piece of plastic. Try those that sell for a 2-3 pounds a set. The small ones are too small to be used at all.

Breath Right Extra is way better.
Just irritating. Breath Right Extra is way better.

Perfect for taller noses
For me these are really effective, if you’re buying a size small and have a taller nose these ones are much more effective than their standard nasal dilators (the clear ones) which are more like a round shape than a raindrop shape. It’d be great if they made this shape in clear just so it isn’t so noticeable 😅🤞I repurchase these as they’re the best I’ve found

Best I've tried so far !!
By the far the best nasal dilator I have tried - whilst the others have given some relief they are either uncomfortable or fall out whilst sleeping. This is way better, much much more secure once in place. The others rely on being entirely made of soft silicone to achieve a comfortable fit, at the expense of actually supporting your nasal opening. These use a more rigid main clip structure and the silicone cushioning is instead around each opening. The silicone is also carefully shaped and gently ridged to further achieve a secure fit. I can happily recommend them to fellow sufferers of Rhinitus and Turbinate Hypertrophy, and I imagine they would be very effective for snoring and sports.
