Good stuff
I was worried when I saw some of the reviews talking about split or capless bottles. Luckily mine came in good condition. Flavor has a decent strength to it, and is pure, bitter and smoky. Love adding it to just about anything.

Good productI use it to make homemade dog food. Also I use it in hamburgers or steaks or meat that I'm making give it a good flavor. I use it whenever I make homemade beef jerky also. Wright'sIt's a good old-fashioned name,That I'm used to.

BEST NATURAL BBQ FLAVOR
I’ve been using Wright’s Liquid Smoke for a while now, and it’s seriously a game changer. Just a tiny splash adds that real smoky, wood-fired flavor to whatever you’re cooking—whether it’s chili, baked beans, pulled pork, or even ramen. It tastes deliciously natural, not artificial or overpowering like some other brands I’ve tried.One of the best things about it is how long it lasts. Wrights smoke liquid
This smoke liquid is my favorite. Buying a large bottle is convenient and lasts a long time. The price is right! I recommend buying this larger bottle instead the smaller bottles, this is very economical.

Subtle beef steakhouse flavor, excellent value
Maybe it's because I have a cold that it seems this could be stronger but the price is fantastic and it got to me in about 40 hours. Which really surprised me as I picked the longest choice where I get cash for books or the prime pantry. I have been using this brand for years (but only in those small expensive bottles) and here's my personal meat recommendations:This is what steakhouses use as wood for steak so I stick with this on BEEF. I used it last night on an Omaha Steak nicely marbled piece of steak in the George Foreman Grill on high for a few minutes, then I pulled the plug and let it rest. Tender n juicy as could be, almost as strong as a steakhouse (but who am I kidding? I haven't been to one in years! Maybe my tastebuds are getting like my ears, old. ;-)I like Maple on chicken or pork best with brown sugar in BBQ sauce and you are in bacon-flavored heaven.Mesquite is good on everything but personally I am temporarily burnt out on it, this product is much more subtle. If you are looking for a new liquid smoke flavor or new to liquid smoke's completely this is for you (maple and applewood would be my next 2 MILD choices).
