Will 20 inch work for a 9 year old

My 9 year old is small for her age (4’1) but the way the bike is built to grow with the child made me comfortable with the 20 inch model. I think there is information somewhere in the description that specifies the maximum height you can extend it to.

Does this bike have coaster brIeaks where you pedal back to break? Butnit also has V breaks.

So does this specific bike have coaster brakes or no? Retrospect website says no coaster brakes for the Koda 2 but here on Amazon (same bike) it states that this DOES have coaster brakes. I want a bike with NO coaster brakes.

Does this bike have a kick stand?

Well I should rephrase. We ordered the 20” and that has the kickstand. The smaller one we also ordered, I believe 14” and with training wheels, did not come with one.
