How long is the entire mirror from bottom of the handle to the very top?

A MART Amazon seller's SEHAMANO Hand Mirror with embossed rose is about 7.1 inch x 3.2 inch (18.1cm x 8.1cm) and only mirror is 3.3 inch x 2.6 inch (8.5cm x 6.5cm). Entire mirror from bottom of the handle to very top is about 7.1" long.

Is this plastic or metal? Materials listed in description says glass twice- assuming in reference to actual mirror.
