I am so much delighted. I have lower back pain and cervical from many years. I was skeptical about buying this at first, but when I tried this product, from the day one I started to get relief in my pain. It is so easy to use and is very great T its functionality. I am so much blessed to have this product. Its build quality is also very professional. I do recommend this product for anyone who has issues like lower back pain or spinal injuries or cervical etc.Thanks

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the TENS Plus Ultrasonic Machine, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The machine stopped working properly soon after purchase. I even shared a video showing the issue, proving that the machine was not functioning as it should.When I contacted customer care for a replacement, I was shocked by their behavior. Instead of addressing my concern, they insulted me on the call. Their rude and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable, especially when I was simply asking for the product to be replaced under warranty.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I regret choosing this brand. Avoid this product unless you want to deal with a faulty machine and disrespectful customer service.

Am writing this review after almost 6 months of regular usage and can say this with conviction that this is one of the best kit for home usage. Especially useful for people in sports who need regular physiotherapy to recover aching muscles. I was skeptical that the cost is quite less than the others in the market. Now i know, the others have just unnecessarily kept their prices high... one can easily go for it.. very easy to use..One downside.. quality of bag is not so good.. but that is not an issue at all when compared to the benefits of this equipment.Really happy with the purchase.

Hello TeamI recently purchased this product and the qualified Physio therapist started using it. Two days the ultrasound rod worked properly and but from the last two days it is not working. Am not sure whether station switch is wrong or the ultrasound is wrong. Please help, I will change the feedback based on the support

Worth buying.. Product is working really well. Best quality. Functionality is easy well packed. I strongly suggests people to buy TENS and Ultrasound physiotherapy machine. Worth investment. The product is good in terms of compactness and two things (USG + TENS) in one. It is working good. But little difficult to operate initially however when you get use to it everything becomes easy.Only thing lacking is the build quality and the packaging. I received the packaging in a torn box but the product was safe inside. There is only one timer for both functions. And price also seems little high.It come with a bag which is good but again the bag quality is very poor which must be improved.Overall ok product.
