It says hand lotion but the picture showes a serum. Which one is it now?

The hydro boost I purchased was a hand gel cream. It works wonders in dry hands!!

Tube Looks fraudulent. Why are letters too big and why is the silver band under the black band missing?

It looks like Neutrogena changed the packaging - If you'll notice the 2nd photo on the right-hand side, here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FDKHS48/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza - it shows both tubes - one looking like you described it - but with a blue background pointing to the right (>) at the new Tube that looks different now - that way they let you know that they've updated their look without having to change all the images.
