Whirlpool 14 Place Settings PowerClean Technology Dishwasher (WFC3C33 PF N IN, White, 30% extra space, 8 wash Programs, Ultra Quiet Performance)

We were quite hesistant to pick this machine after seeing the feedbacks here.However after a bit of research, found this to be the most sensible option for us.Few essentials we needed in a dishwasher-1. A stainless steel base tub, as the heating element sits below this.2. 14 place setting, as we could fit in bigger vessels.3. A cutlery tray or a third rack, instead of a basket, as its easier to lay out our spoons and ladles on.4. General ease of use with programs for glassware and a pre rinse option.LG and Seimens have a stainless steel base option only in their highest varient, LG had a third top spray but lacked the cutlery tray. Seimens did have both. During the Diwali sale both were priced between 40k - 49k, depending on the seller/ dealer.Whirlpool did have all our three requirements and was priced around 30k - 35k online. A 10k difference.What we loved about the Whirlpool dishwasher was that it had a power clean function. This let's you wash really dirty vessels like the oily kadai and the crusted pan by providing extra spray points at the rear.Also at 44db this is the quieter than the other machines in the market. We could barely hear it running other than quiet water sounds.It has an ECO program that let us run the dishwasher without using rinse aid.Add ons- Salt, detergent and rinse aid are a must.- We plan to run the dishwasher once daily and the water in our area measured 230 which was normal hardness.- calculating based on this it works out to about Rs1000 for around 3 months.- 1tsp of detergent per wash will last approximately 2 months/ rinse aid of 110ml per filling that lasts for a month / 1 kg salt lasts for 4 months)- We bought brand Finish as it was recommended by Whirlpool service.Precautions- After reading the negative service reviews, we decided to do the following...- Called the Whirlpool customer care and asked if they had a dedicated team to service dishwashers in our area.- Followed up after delivery with the customer care for installation date and time.- During installation had to call the customer care as the technician demanded Rs.750.- Installation was done free of cost.The service guys are barely managing to run the show. So do some prep like watching some videos on YouTube before you buy. The technician will only give you bare minimum information, double check all info with the user manual.The delivery was by Blue Dart and was done very well.Finally, there was a dent on the side of the machine. Since the technician said that there were no electrical or water connections near that area we decided to retain the machine though we had the option of return or replace. So please check the Machine when the technician unboxes it.Always check the return and replacement policy before you buy.We bought the white because the stainless steel finish was unavailable then.The Stainless steel model has a higher energy rating and has 1 db lower noise level, a self cleaning program.On the whole no complaints about the machine, it quite easy to use, quiet, looks minimalistic and cool.1 month post installation -P2 auto sensing program works well for me as I'm using varying loads.The pro clean spray in the back works only with a lower rack program.I use just about 1.5 tsp of detergent and get a clean wash.I clean the mesh filter about once in two weeks.On the whole a great machine.

Received a defective product which was not easily seen while delivery. Later the pick-up didn’t happen cz the pick-up agency was afraid that it might not get accepted by the company and they would be struck with the product in between. I waited for return pick-up for 20 days and it didn’t get picked up. My return window also got closed. Finally when I decided to keep the dishwasher and tried to run it, it’s not running either. The program cycle stops 3 minutes after started. The service team also isn’t responding properly. Now I’m struck with product which isnt working. Pls don’t buy this.

I first got the product from other big ecommerce site. they could not deliver it to first floor since its needs to be lifted also they dont encourage lifting and will not responsible for the damage done during transit. So I have returned the product upon arrival.I enquired the same to Amazon before ordering and they are helpful and take responsibility of delivery. Amazon is way ahead of their competitors.the product dont have any damages even after lifting to.first floor.here comes the worst part the whirlpool customer care service. I never experienced any poor service by any other brands. I have called the same day after getting the product. they assured that within 24 hours installation will be done as per the policy.I dint get any call or message till third day. in these days I kept on calling customer care about the progress. their answer is "you will be getting a call" the person did not know any words other than this . Third day I escalated this to Amazon and reported to whirlpool fb page. Then I got message for acknowledgement. I stay in metro and it took 4 days to install a dishwasher.The vaguely explained basics and dint give any proper demo. Also we have got a stand form Amazon and he told the stand will not hold the weight of the dishwasher. we are okay to get the stand from whirlpool. it's been ten days since I got the product. till now no proper demo and he dint get the stand also. he keeps on saying he will come in the evening and then morning. overall a worst brand to be associated with.Now comes product it cleans well and has great capacity. I use fortune products since its economical and finding good results. planning to use finish products and tablets as well to check their results.I used daily mode only till now .the tea and milk pots did not give any good results. I scrape off all the food waste and soak it in ro waste water. it's ok as of now. planning to go for other effective modes for the teapots.the dimension of the product is different what they have mentioned here is pkg dimensions. actual product size is same as 12 place setting dishwashers Bosch and Siemens. 60×60×87. but you can keep good no of vessels. we are a family of 4 and we run only once a day.I have kept aluminium utensils too both bottom and upper rack for testing. it doesn't change its colour. so planning to use alinum too. maybe fortune brand won't harm aluminium I guess as mentioned in their site.this machine is very silent I only hear water draining noise.no starter kit is provided.the power cable is very short unlike bosch/Siemens we have spent extra for that.The inlet is different its 3/4" we had put only plastic tap for that before getting the product. the service person had tough time connecting the inlet. he even suggested to change the tap. but when i tried I we salt to put that without any leaks.For the electricity consumption I need to wait couple of months to decide.Please make sure to keep the outlet pipe in proper manner as mentioned in booklet. I kept both washing machine outlet and dishwasher outlet in same hole. dishwasher was not working until I remove the washing machine pipe. I will start and in 3 min it will end after draining some water. I have corrected this myself if I could not get it right i have to wait for n no of days.for any issues please browse and try to fix. the service person will not know if he knows also he will not come. it needs to kept like showpiece after paying huge money.I am overall happy with the product but not with service. God only knows for any issues how long I should wait. buy at your own interest. Heard Siemens and Bosch also offers same kinda service. may be little better since their dishwasher are here for long time.

Cleans like a charm, whirlpool service is great, person came the same day to install. Cleans so well and is as big as the LG washer that costs 50k. It's made in Poland. Ships with three washer tablets inside. Buy it. No brainer. And yes it dries them well as well. The 4 Red Pressure Washers at the back help cleaning kadhai and cookers well! I've never seen better washed dishes in my life. 100% WORTH IT.3 Months Update : Absolutely Love it, parents couldn't have been happier! Best thing ever. Cleans everything Spick and Span and we wash all our day utensils once at night. One thing that could've been better is the auto resume function, if light goes out, and then comes back, it beeps and you have to press the play button for it to continue otherwise it just pauses right there.
