Will cards in a penny sleeve fit?

Yes they will. I penny sleeve my pokemon and they fit nicely. Might have room to double sleeve.

Does it include vault x protected sleeves?

No it does not. All that comes with it is the vault card collection book.

Best way to store several of these—upright or laying down? Currently have them laying on top of one another but wanted to put them on a bookshelf.

I’ve been having this for over a year now and it doesn’t really matter. They have a zipper so the cards doesn’t fall out.
