I wish I could give negative stars but there's no such option here. Do not buy this cooker, it's a waste of money and time. Started giving problems just 10 days after purchasing. Steam started going off on the side and return window had already closed just by one day. They'll ask you to contact the manufacturer directly, those people will respond 2-3 weeks after sending an email with ridiculous information about your personal life to proceed with booking a service request and finally they'll say we only have to go to service centre to get it repaired, they won't even give denial certificate so that we can claim warranty from Amazon. It was supposed to make life easy but this has made my nights and mood enraged, waste of gas, water and food and most importantly my time. If you still wanna buy, go ahead.... I hope luck is on your side.

The media could not be loaded. Look wise product is good. As per my view keeping in mind safety point of view and size, as per weight of lid is OK but base of product is light .It should be strudy & heavy.

Quality is good

A great product to cook biriyani for around 15 people, lid handling to be done carefully n slowly since its huge.

Nice
