This is the bible of athletic performance. It is exhaustive and precise at the same time. It provides you clear steps to execute, and if you practise them, you will reap the benefits. This book made Mt Kilimanjaro happen for me.

Excellent book for anyone interested in endurance sports. Original, but used and damaged binding book.
Original book, but binding was damaged and it was old used book. Had to return.Unfortunately no replacement option was there as seller had only 1 copy.
