Dezign quality , and package was good

The media could not be loaded. I mean the quality of glass is strong, and dezign most important is cool & but the length I got is 4 inch, what I got with pipe is filter 6pcs, carton tray. Let me tell you how can clean this becz cleaning this is a mess & just take ear cleaning birds then clean with it. Thanks. Out on trip.
