Excellent informative book (as with all Suzy Cohen's book) written by a qualified and experienced pharmacist but one who is aware of the (often unnecessary) side effects of so many pharmaceuticals supplied by the Pharmaceutical Industry - including most of those supplied to us on prescription by our GPs.Our NHS seems to concentrate on symptom relief - Suzy Cohen concentrates on cures and rectification of the underlying problems.

Excellently written, full of helpful information, easily accessible

After suffering migraines for years. I have read this book and I am trying to avoid artificial sweeteners as suggested. Only time will tell
