Q: Is ofc wiring kits better than cca, when it come to fire resistant?

OFC (oxygen free copper) wire conducts better than CCA (copper clad aluminum) so will run cooler. It is definitely superior to CCA, that’s why it costs so much more.

Q: Is the fuse supposed to come in the fuse holder? Or do you need to get that separate?

Q: Would this work with a 4,000 watt amp?

That depends on the amp. What is the amp rated for on rms? Typically amps that quote 4,000 watts don’t truly produce 4,000 watts. They peak at 4,000 and only if they are bridges down to zero ohms. Also, if you are buying an amp that can push even 2-3000 watts and speakers that can handle it. Then don’t skimp on price and go with a zero gauge amp kit. But with that much power you will also need capacitors, and over sized battery, over sized alternator. And so on. So I highly doubt you are going to be truly pushing 4000 watts. Sounds like you really need to do some homework on car audio systems and learn a lot more before you buy anything.
