These are excellent. Other brands I tried had harder capsules and were covered in oil making it a messy ordeal to get them out of the bottle and some would crack leaking into the bottle then leaving shards on other pills, which wasn't fun to take.These are flexible capsules with no oily exterior and are elongated to swallow easy. No mess, no after taste, I couldn't be more pleased. Good price too.

I like that this is a vegan product. Great price and you get 2 months worth in a bottle. It's a soft gel pill so easy to swallow and no unpleasant taste. I got the subscription so I can continue to get my omega 3 since it is an important supplement.

I've been vegetarian for years and only recently learned omega-3 supplements could be made without fish oil. This particular supplement is easy to swallow. It also seems to be helping me a lot with severe joint pain I'd been having. I highly recommend it.

good alternative to regular omega 3

Fish oil gives me the burps and I just don't like it. This product is a great alternative to fish oil to get your Omega 3's which is important to your health. This product is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I recommend it.

I wanted a good vegan multivitamin, this was a choice until I saw added iron, make one without please, recommend but be careful of iron.
