This product is so good that it meets all of my nutritional needs. It’s very affordable than most brands. The ingredients are natural and the capsules don’t have a fishy taste to them at all. One of the best supplements that I have ever taken.

Supplements can be difficult to evaluate because the results are not always obvious, but when they work, you can definitely feel the difference. I started taking this supplement for joint pain that I had recently begun experiencing. After about a week, I noticed a significant reduction in my discomfort. The improvement may also be related to reduced inflammation, which omega supplements are known to support. Since I cannot take fish-based omega supplements due to allergies, I was especially happy to find a plant-based alternative that works so well for me. I am very pleased with the results and plan to continue using it.

These are excellent. Other brands I tried had harder capsules and were covered in oil making it a messy ordeal to get them out of the bottle and some would crack leaking into the bottle then leaving shards on other pills, which wasn't fun to take. These are flexible capsules with no oily exterior and are elongated to swallow easy. No mess, no after taste, I couldn't be more pleased. Good price too.

Have been taking this for a year and believe it has helped with my health. The iron doesn’t cause constipation nor bleeding.

good alternative to regular omega 3

I like that this is a vegan product. Great price and you get 2 months worth in a bottle. It's a soft gel pill so easy to swallow and no unpleasant taste. I got the subscription so I can continue to get my omega 3 since it is an important supplement.

Mi sembra un buon prodotto, non ha retrogusto ed e' facile da deglutire. Il rapporto qualità prezzo un po' sbilanciato a favore del prezzo. Io affiancherei la vitamina B12 o un complesso B che però e' idrosolubile.

Nach 1 Tag geliefert Sehr gute Preis-Leistung! Bei 60 Kapseln kommt man auf 9000 mg EPA (150/Kapsel) & 18000 mg DHA (300/Kapsel) sowie 6000 mg DPA (100/Kapsel). In der Summe 33000 mg pflanzliches Omega3 für 18,99,- Ich habe bislang kein besseres Preis-Mengen-Verhältnis finden können! Bei 1-2 Kapseln pro Tag kommt man 1-2 Monate aus (Ich selbst nehme 2/Tag, d.h. komme 1 Monat aus) Die Kapseln lassen sich zwar leicht als Ganzens schlucken, mit etwas Wasser, ich öffne sie trotzdem lieber. Einfach die Spitze mit der Schere abschneiden und das Öl dann ins Frühstuck/Abendessen zugeben -> ist relativ geruchs-und geschmacksneutral, ich schmecke im Müsli z.B. absolut nichts durch! Wer vegan unterwegs ist, für den kann ich das Algenöl absolut empfehlen! Da auch Fische den Omega3-Anteil über gefressene Algen erlangen, warum dann nicht gleich die Primärquelle nutzen, zumal Fischöl geschmacklich und bzgl. des Geruchs alles andere als neutral ist Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde sowohl aus preislicher, aber auch aus qualitativer Sicht bei diesem Algenöl bleiben!
