The female ends come so they can be wired to whatever you are trying to power. The female ends are the ones in the picture that has the wire sheath partially stripped at the end for easy removal and installation to whatever you are trying to power. The relay is already wired, with all the wires running in to a one piece connector that holds all the wires and only plugs in one way to the relay. And the inline fuse.
