Q: Is this 8 ounces total? Or 3 8-ounce packages, totalling 24 ounces of Salmon?

3 separate packages of 8 oz each. Very good!

Q: I thought this came in a wooden box like the other times I bought this smoked salmon. Am I the only one who received the fillets in just plain boxes?

I only ordered this once and the salmon came in a package in a cardboard box (as pictured).
