Good Quality, Comfortable, What's Not to Love?
I love that these give full coverage. They're one of the few pairs that I have found that are this style. They're very comfortable. They don't squeeze too tight or too loose, they have a sort of flexibility to them, and they don't feel cheap at all. They will change the color you see. They're designed for nighttime use, but if I have a headache or my eyes are hurting, I throw these on during the day sometimes for a bit and I honestly think these make a HUGE difference. I have worn them outside before just as an experiment and it's actually kind of cool.I have another pair that's from a different company for daytime use, and I will switch off periodically between these and those. Usually I just use these for nighttime, but I used them for a while as my sole pair and my eyeballs didn't explode or pop out. I believe they don't recommend using them all day because your body actually needs some degree of blue light to maintain balance and hormone levels and stuff out of my pay grade (feel free to do some research). They will change some colors, but not all. You can still see most everything on the computer screen just fine. The only time I really had a problem was when I was sitting there staring at a graph that had a black background and multiple colored graphs (LTspice) and wondering why the graph didn't look like it was supposed to until I lifted up my glasses and realized there was a blue trace on there too 😂 Also once, my external hard drive has this annoyingly intense blue light that flashes when its on and I was wondering why it wasn't on one day, well... you get the picture. They definitely do the job and do them great. I am normally pretty sensitive to all the bright lights. I have things resting on top of various items around my room because of their annoying LEDs everywhere. It's crazy how many things are always shining! If you ever want to test these out, just put them on and look at your stove and microwave light (probably blue like mine). Love them!

Fantastic, they work for me!
I really think it is working well. I do notice that I sleep better through the night. I like the fact that they wrap around so the blue light does not come in on the sides. They are comfortable to wear, which was a concern for me. When you are wearing them and then remove them, my eyes feel fatigued because of the affect of the blue light; I put them back on and within seconds my eyes feel relaxed. I recommend these glasses to anyone who has eye fatigue due to screen blue light or if you just want better rest during the night.

Orange hue, but worth it.
Seem well made and I like the style. Definitely adds an orange hue to everything you look at, but I think that is what makes them so effective at blocking out blue light. Takes a little getting used to, but I think they are worth it.

Comfortable, and effective!
These are very helpful for an insomniac who needs a way to get up and change the tunes or listen to a podcast to get back to sleep at 3am!Definitely helps. Also. turn down your phone screen!!!

protect your eyes
These are nice - protect the eyes - takes out glare but still see precisely. But if I drive with them on - it is difficult to distinguish traffic signals..... kinda important. But I can see the "stope signs." LOL

A simple, natural way to improve sleep
I'm a PhD clinical psychologist, and virtually 100% of the adults I see in my practice complain about sleep problems these days. My sleep has been somewhat problematic as well for many years. Lately, I've been waking up 5-7 times a night, especially in the summer months when the days are long and the sun isn't setting until later in the evening. I've done research on the subject of sleep, and blue light - such as from sunlight - can be a culprit as to it interfering with natural melatonin (the sleep hormone) production at night. I've been using these glasses for 2-3 hours before bedtime, and waking up just 1-2 times a night, which is a big improvement and it leaves me feeling more rested upon arising.I gave a pair of these glasses to a friend as a gift. She'd been having sleep problems for years. She found them helpful initially, and then drifted away from using them. After a bit she thought she'd try them again, and lo and behold, her sleep has improved. In experimental psychology parlance that's an A-B-A-B design (A=not using, B=using) and it's pretty good proof that something is going on and not just a placebo effect. She's now a true believer too.I should say that there are many factors to pay attention and that the glasses by themselves may not be the insto presto cure people want. You have to also consider how much blue light you're exposing yourself to each night. If you're blasting your eyes with electronic screens which are held close to your eyes, such as reading in bed, that's an issue. How much sunlight are you exposed to in the evening hours. If you're living in the northern latitudes where the sun isn't setting until 9-11 PM and that's when you go to bed, that's another problem. Then there's how much light you have on inside your house. If it's super bright vs. dim lit like some romantic restaurant it's going to make a difference. Plus, the 'temperature' of the bulbs also makes a big difference. 'Cool' and 'natural/daylight' bulbs put out a lot of blue light. 'Warm' bulbs put out considerably less blue. These or any other blue blocker glasses will block X% of blue light, but is that X% of 1000 watts, 1000 or 10 watts that are on inside of your home at night? But as blue blocker glasses go, these do a good job. I tried a different brand that claimed to block some high percentage of 'blue light' but they didn't say what the wavelengths were that were being blocked - my mistake. As soon as I put them on it was obvious it was blocking a very narrow spectrum of blue light given that other shades of blue colored objects inside my house were still looking normal while wearing that other brand. This brand does a good job of blocking a broad spectrum of blue light.

Very high quality! Small company trying to make a difference...
VERY happy with these glasses. Bought these to help melatonin production so I could sleep better, and so that I can see better driving at night. I had been averaging 3-4 hours asleep at night- I work on the computer all day, watch movies in the evenings, so I get a lot of blue light. I wore the glasses whenever I was in front of a screen yesterday, and also when driving last night. I'm not sure I can attribute this entirely from the glasses, but I slept 6.5 hours last night, with no eye strain. Last night while driving, no glare. Headlights appear yellow, and most blues are blocked. Blue Xmas lights were not visible! I highly recommend this company, as they seem genuinely interested in making a difference in people's lives.
