After trying several devices to alleviate my sleep apnea (incredibly the testing revealed I stop breathing 8x an hour and that is rated MILD!) I am having a very hard time finding one that is tolerable through the night, mainly because they are just too large and cause jaw pain.This one has worked so far, according to the snore app I am using it absolutely done the job of stopping the apnea and even my snoring has been reduced to mainly "quiet" or moderate. That is huge, especially when apnea has caused heart and blood pressure issues severe enough to cause ER visits needing drug intervention.Not that I would describe it as totally comfortable but I can get to sleep and my anxiety of having a stroke in the middle of the night has been greatly relieved.

This didn’t work. You are supposed to mold the mouthpiece to your mouth, but it’s not clear which one was for the top and which one was the bottom. The pieces are identical. Not sure why they couldn’t label the pieces. The instructions were missing step 8, and the image on the brochure was cut off. Plus, I can’t return this so now I’m even more frustrated. Save your money and don’t purchase this.

Excellent product! SilentZPro 2.0 has truly helped reduce snoring and significantly improved sleep quality - both for me and my roommates! It's comfortable, easy to use, and showed results within the first few nights. I highly recommend it!

I received the Silent Z Pro 2.0. Opened it just to take a look at it and as I was reading the instructions, on the left side in very small letters it says that I shouldn’t use it if I have Asthma or Sleep Apnea. That was the main reason I wanted to try it. I hate the sleep apnea machine and how uncomfortable it is. I thought this was going to be a more comfortable option. I didn’t even try it and wanted to return it but now it says that it can not be returned. This things should have a very clear and on bigger letters explanation making it very clear that this device will not help people with those or even other conditions. Most of the people who snore these days are diagnosed with sleep apnea. And if it is not recommended for us, it should be more specific about it. Most of people just look at the add and compulsively just trust the seller. On the add it says something about this but you have to scroll and search to see the restrictions. This should be disclosed clear and easier to find so this doesn’t happen.

This worked OK, but it is too big. Also has rough edges that irritated my tongue.

Furthermore, it did not resolve the snoring issue, as it did not address the root cause of the tongue's posterior displacement during sleep.Following approximately one month of use, I have discontinued using the product and will explore alternative solutions. I recommend that the company consider addressing the tongue and jaw-related side effects in future iterations.However, if the primary objective is not snoring cessation, the product presents a viable option for individuals experiencing nocturnal bruxism, potentially reducing the need for costly dental interventions.

According to my wife I snore like a chainsaw. I had used a mouthpiece years ago made by my dentist with some success but it was only an upper mouthpiece with a tab on the bottom to extend my lower jaw. It worked ok but was very uncomfortable based on the design so I quit using it. Upon ordering this product with both an upper and lower mouthpiece that was adjustable, I was hopeful. The very first night of use, I woke up a few times through the night but actually felt noticeably more rested than usual in the morning. My wife said my snoring was almost totally gone. I started out in a minimal lower jaw extension position and used it for two weeks in that position to allow my jaw to get used to it. I then extended my lower jaw to the next extended position and apparently that was where it needed to be. My snoring is gone. My wife wakes up in the middle of the night and checks to see if I’m still in bed next to her because I’m so quietly sleeping. Just a note or two. You might drool a little wearing it mouthpiece. You may wake up with a dry mouth. I keep a bottle of water on the nightstand. A small trade off to sleep better. Follow the directions exactly to mold it to your mouth and it should work fine. Look for the video on how to mold it to your mouth.
