Is this machine manufactured in usa?

Unfortunately it is not, it is meeting Thailand. What you think would be a deficit but I've used mine for four different jobs and it has worked perfectly. The design is still very good and the performance is as good as my automatic rigid I used to own. I would buy another one but I doubt this one's going to wear out in my lifetime.

Will this cut 3/8" pipe? Product shows 1/2" to 2"

No. Smallest dies size is 1/2" tht comes with machine. Will need to to get 3/8" dies somewhere

Does this machine come as full set or I have to get the die set, cutter, rimmer and all that??? Thank you

The unit is complete nothing else to buy. It has reamer, dies, oil, etc.
