The treatment should be done in a 2 week period and you want to gradually increase the dosage. Do not exceed the 2 weeks and give yourself at least a week break in between before starting another round of treatment if needed. I start off with a half droplet for 3 days, 1 droplet for 3 days, 1.5 droplets for 4 days and lastly 2 droplets for 4 days. You want to add them to water or juice I normally just use a water bottle and shake it up then let it settle and chug it. The taste can be very overpowering at first (bitter strong notes of clove), but you get use to it. Do it twice a day before meals and at bedtime. I noticed results after a few days. Caution from the company—For adults only. Not for pregnant/nursing women. Consult physician if taking medication or have a medical condition.
