Yes. It has a temperature mode and includes a bead probe. It may be worthwhile to pick up the thermocouple adapter as well.

Hi the Fluke 87 is measures capacitance in several ranges, the lowest Range being 10.00 nF with a 0.01 nF resolution, the accuracy of this reading is 1% plus several counts. The lowest resistance range is 600 Ohms with a 0.1 Ohm resolution. So to answer your questions No it will not work for your pico farad measurements but it will read resistance less than 500 Ohms. If you need better capacitance reading capabilities you way want to look for s good LCR meter.

After checking the manual I think the answer is no. There is wording in the manual:"To measure current, you must break the circuit under test, then place the Meter in series with the circuit." There is a clamp on style attachment. Of course that would only measure large Current Flows. Other replies seem to say there MAY be a special probe for small current values.
