Turn off and unplug then restart again and see if error disappears. It can also bring up an error if you open while it's filling with water so always pause before opening. If this doesn't work then I would send it back.

You don't need a dolly. The back of the washer has wheels. Just tip it back slightly. It's very easy to move.
