Good British product
A well- constructed product that works on my RSI. It has allowed me to play tennis pain-free for the past five years. This is my second purchase as velcro does not last forever but this new version is better built than the original

Relief for My Elbow Injury - Effective, Comfortable, and Easy to Maintain!
💪 Great Support for Long-Lasting Pain ReliefI've had a nagging elbow injury for a while now, and this compression sleeve has been a game-changer. The support it provides is just right – not too tight, but snug enough to give my elbow the relief it needs, especially during activity. It has genuinely helped ease my pain, and I feel more stable and secure wearing it.🧼 Easy to Wash and MaintainOne of the best features is how easy this sleeve is to wash. I can just throw it in the washer, and it comes out looking new every time. The material holds up well and doesn’t lose its elasticity or fit, even after multiple washes.👍 Comfortable and Breathable FitThe material is both breathable and lightweight, which is fantastic for extended wear. I can keep it on for hours without discomfort or irritation, and it doesn’t trap sweat or heat. I also appreciate that it stays in place well, so I don’t have to constantly readjust it.🔨 Durable and Built to LastThe overall quality is excellent. It feels durable and well-made, so I’m confident it will last a long time, even with daily use.OverallIf you’re dealing with elbow pain or a similar injury, I highly recommend this sleeve. It provides reliable support, is easy to care for, and makes a noticeable difference in managing pain. Perfect for anyone needing relief without hassle!

Moves around
Uts ok and does a good job when it stays where you put it, it does have a tendency to move around , especially when playing sports, probably worth saving g your money and getting one that grips better or has more of a multi- clamps fitment.

Made a difference
This is great. I was a bit sceptical that these things work, but I've had issues with my elbow for a few months now and cycling in particular set the pain off big time, which as a cycle courier isn't a good thing. I figured it couldn't hurt to try it out, and what a difference. I use it in conjunction with the Ionocore compression sleeve. Obviously there is still a bit of discomfort (this isn't a cure afterall), and I do still try to be careful with arm movements and the way I lift things, but with this the pain is MUCH reduced. I can now do a shift on the bike without almost losing use of my arm afterwards, which I couldn't before.Quality seems pretty good. 4 or 5 weeks of use and the foam/gel/whatever it is, is still as firm as it was when delivered, which I believe can be an issue on cheaper versions of these. If there is one thing I'd like it is shorter velcro straps. I'm a big guy and even still the velcro goes way past where it should attach. I guess longer straps might be handy if wearing over clothing (which I can't imagine would be a great idea) but as this of for a forearm I'm not sure why they need to be so long. That's a minor annoyance though as it works perfectly well, is comfortable once you get it in the right place, helps with the pain, and seems like it's built to last. I'd recommend giving it a try.
