GET ONE SIZE UP!!
Fantastic product, and the padding is just perfect. But ***definitely*** get one size up from what you normally wear and measure for this. I got the the Large based on my size and measurements, and they are incredibly tight!!It ships from China, so if you get the wrong si,e, expect another 2 weeks waiting time to get it again. Other than than, they are great material for the feet.
