These vitamins are huge. So big that I am thinking about finding another source.

YES! And the timed release means that you get a little bit throughout the day. If you are sensitive to caffeine, these are not for you.

I take one in the morning with breakfast and one with lunch. I’ve never had an issue with these and I’ve been taking them for almost 10 years.
